John started working in the  insurance industry in 1989 and joined Webb Insurance in 1991. John balances his time between management of the Agency and working with his clients. His focus is on small to medium sized commercial accounts and personal insurance. John is married with 3 children. He  is very active in his Church and serves as a volunteer/Board member for several community organizations.

David joined Webb Insurance in 1981. David concentrates in the commercial insurance area and specializes in real estate development, resort and associated business insurance. With two boys, David is active and involved in many sports and community development activities.

Marc is a native of Asheville. He served from 1972 until 1975 in the U.S. Army. Marc graduated Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in 1977 with an Associates degree in Business Administration. Marc started in the insurance industry in 1978 and joined Webb insurance in 1983. Marc handles a broad range of commercial insurance from environmental contractors, grading contractors and large gated golf communities. Marc also is a pilot/aircraft owner and handles all aviation related lines of insurance. Marc enjoys any activity as long as it's outdoors.

Randy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS degree in Accounting. He started in the insurance industry in January 1978. Randy spent 7 years with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company before moving over to the agency side of the business. Randy joined Webb Insurance in 1991. He is General Manager of the Agency and Commercial Lines Manager.

Tim joined Webb Insurance in 1995 after 8 years in the banking industry. Tim handles a broad range of commercial accounts including, but not limited to, Contracting, Real Estate Development, Habitational, Schools, Real Estate Management and Non-Profits. Tim also handles the life insurance needs of many of his clients.  Tim is active in his church and the local community. He enjoys backpacking, fly fishing and snow skiing. He has coached youth, middle school and high school baseball for 11 years.

Gene has been with Webb Insurance since 2002.  A Western North Carolina native and graduate of Western Carolina University, Gene specializes in Property and Casualty insurance for businesses and homeowners.  He is very involved in the community, currently serving as Board Chair of the Literacy Council of Buncombe County.  He also volunteers for various local organizations including the YWCA of Asheville. 

In his spare time, Gene runs, does an occasional triathlon or other race, and loves spending time with his three grandsons.

Tige joined Webb Insurance after a 12 year career in the farm and construction equipment industry. He has an MBA degree from East Carolina University. Tige works with a wide variety of commercial clients. Tige is married to Heather. In his free time, he enjoys running, weight- lifting, cooking,  hiking and hanging out with their cat, Mr. Winslow.

Sharon joined Webb Insurance in 1999 after three years in the banking industry.  Sharon is currently the manager of the Personal Lines Division and balances her time between the day to day operations of the department and working with the producers to determine coverage needs and generate quotes.  Sharon is married with two children.

Deborah is a native of Asheville, and has been associated with Webb Insurance since 1977.   Deborah works with employers on all employee benefits lines, including group health, HS A's, HRA's, FSA's, Sec 125, dental, life, disability. and long term care. On the individual side, Deborah handles life, disability income and specializes in long term care insurance and long term care planning. Deborah is active in her church, Meals on Wheels volunteer and various other community activities. Favorite pastimes are camping and reading.

Jeremy Sheridan has been with Webb Insurance for 6 years. He specializes in helping businesses find affordable employee benefits solutions. He is an active member of the community. He is a Cub Scout leader with Weaverville Pack 15. Jeremy Sheridan is married with three "busy" boys. Jeremy's wife, Amy, is a Special Education Teacher with the Buncombe County School System. Jeremy graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice from Ball State University in Indiana.

Laura is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration. She has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services area. Before launching Webb Investment Services in 1995, she was a Regional Vice President for Eagle Asset Management and the Department Head of Asset Management Services for FSC Securities. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ with expertise in wealth management and providing solution-oriented investment advisory services. Laura is very active in community organizations including the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina, Past Board Chair of Riverlink and past Board member of the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce.
